You can always listen to the latest FREEPOD episodes on our website, but as of April 5, 2024, we will no longer be sending out weekly reminders. By following FREEPOD on a podcast platform, you can automatically be notified when new episodes are posted. These podcast platforms also offer a full archive of past episodes if you're just joining FREEPOD. If you're looking for a recent episode, you can also visit our archived podcasts page.
While FREEPOD itself is always free, some podcast services – like Spotify – charge a subscription fee for their overall service.
Amazon, Apple, and others are free, although you might hear ads from their advertisers (FREEPOD does not accept advertising).
New to podcasts? Use these step-by-step instructions for listening on Apple Podcasts or Amazon Music.
If your organization sends out press releases, please add us to the list at info@freepod.org.
FREEPOD is a volunteer-run news podcast. While our team works to fact check and confirm details of the news we share, we rely on our community to submit accurate information. There will certainly be times where we miss details or don't get the story quite right. In these instances, we will include a retraction or update in the episode's show notes, and include an update in the next episode at our discretion. If you believe we have missed something, please contact us through our website.
